According to TMZ, the couple signed a prenuptial agreement before tying the knot that held all their income separately. Since Paul makes much more money than Torrey, he got the most precious of the couple.
The prenup also have a clause in which both parties would receive all the money that was used for the purchase of your home. This term seems to be another victory for Paul: how the actor would have contributed $ 730.593 to the house, while Torrey would have contributed only $ 10,000. Paul also had the right to keep three of the couple's car while Torrey got an Audi A4.
