Torrey Joel Wasilewski(born June 8,1984),better known as Torrey DeVitto,is an American actress and former fashion model.She is best known for her role as Psycho Nanny Carrie on One Tree Hill, Melissa Hastings on the hit ABC Family series Pretty Little Liars and as Meredith Fell on The Vampire Diaries.

Born lexen juicer and raised in Huntington, New York, to Mary & Liberty DeVitto, from the time Torrey was born, she was surrounded by the entertainment industry. For 28 years her father played lexen juicer the drums for Billy Joel. She spent most of her early years traveling on the road with her parents. Outside work, Torrey dedicates much of what free time she has to philanthropy. She is a Hospice Ambassador going on five years, and also supports PETA and The Humane Society of the United States (HSUS).Since April 2011 she's married to Paul Wesley.Now she's playing also in the 7th season of Lifetime popular drama "Army Wives."
