Chopsticks. Yes, I know that you can easily eat sushi without the use of chopsticks! When I still i

There are many who ask for what you need the equipment to be able to make homemade sushi. If you like me are a bit of a freak equipment can quickly fill up the kitchen with all sorts of unnecessary salacious.
The truth is, however, that in addition to the mandatory ingredients (which I have chosen to describe here, as they are as important to success as the "physical" sushi equipment) only need very little special equipment to get started with making its own sushi.
Below I made two lists. In the first, one can find the required equipment and in the other it is considered more advanced equipment. Here is sushi equipment which is good to have, but definitely not necessary!
Rice. Without rice no sushi! they do not necessarily potato peelers have to purchase the special sushi rice, which are not quite cheap. I have repeatedly potato peelers used the much cheaper pudding rice, which is an excellent alternative. Click on the following link to read more about sushi rice.
Rice vinegar is grundingrediensen in the marinade that is used to marinate the rice. Rice vinegar can eventually potato peelers be bought in most supermarkets, but it's cheaper at Asian grocers, if you are so lucky to have such a near!
Soya. Soy is not just soy! Be sure to choose a good soy when it is used for sushi. The cost is often too salty and bitter in my opinion. A safe choice that can be purchased in most supermarkets, is soy sauce from Kikkoman (see picture).
Chopsticks. Yes, I know that you can easily eat sushi without the use of chopsticks! When I still include them below the mandatory equipment, it is because I, for some reason, convinced that it simply belongs to in order to get the "real" sushi experience. Are you of a different belief then just drop the sticks! It is quite ok:-)
A sushi wooden vessel (Hangiri). Used to cool the rice. You can also easily use a porcelain or ceramic dish, a pie dish or whatever just in the kitchen. However, one should avoid a dish of metal as it gives a dull finish.
The most advanced equipment can be purchased at good Asian grocers. However, one must go to the hardware store or major appliance shops, to buy a rice cooker. The naked woman or man must be acquired!
The negotiations, however, several Asian shops around the country - eg. I know that www.shop-asian.dk in Ringsted at one point had it in their range. You may want to call them and hear about the still negotiating it.
Why do you have a rice bowl of bamboo? when, but you may of course decide for yourself. Normally, rice bowls made of cypress and those you can buy at the Chinese grocery http://www.denkinesiskekoebmand.dk/hangiri-set.html Regards L @ rs = O)
