Since the task is to get the trains on the rails in a hurry, the best strategy is to tear everything concerning the current brakes, the brake computers up to and including brake pipes of the train and scrap these parts, rather than trying antique meat grinder to debug them.

PS: Totally agree in that the replacement of problematic components is the way forward. I merely think that the change will apply to all computers that do not come from a well-functioning supplier. Including in particular the entire run the computer.
Furthermore, the train (too) slowly accelerating, unless it is run out of pattern cliff - and would a new drive computer and software remedy this major problem? antique meat grinder hardly. In theory, one could throw the entire antique meat grinder diesel Chopper part away and put a pantograph up. you can do so much in theory ... but it will hardly be cheaper than a new type of train, ala it as DSB will buy for the upcoming esbjerg-stretch.
DSB may want to have an idea of what they can cash in on scrap price alone and everything else is pure guesswork here, you just have to hope admin lok is his surname responsible and have purchased something that does not look nice on a siding.
PHKS question could be whether the DSB last 30 years shift from an engineering-intensive company that could mostly even, to a DJØF driven dito, have destroyed the possibility that perform state passenger adapted to local conditions and Preferences?
Agree PHK. It is exactly what it takes, as you can see by my post in today's another thread antique meat grinder on IC4 http://ing.dk/artikel/133022-rigsrevisor-s ... .
Besides, with all that until now have not been successfully - WSP, door switches, controlling the automatic transmission, interconnection system (WTB), thresholds antique meat grinder etc. and probably togcomputeren. It can not go fast enough. When it despite several years of work not managed to get a given component to work, it never comes to that.
Can we not keep the spirit of PHK's antique meat grinder presentations and drop the bullshit to run them over cliffs cliff and similar emotional nonsense? Scrap price is negligible, I think compared to the purchase price, and it introduces antique meat grinder so what DSB so to do until about 10-15 years have been electrified lines where you want up to be able to run up to 200 km / h, which well that was a design criterion for IC4. Looking at what Bombardier has on the shelves of DMUs are not that great selection but they have actually ICN, as they've made the Switzerland Amazing lanes. Diesel and 200 km / h I just do not know the price.
If we need to look at what can be done by IC4 and specifically its brakes, then I'm pretty sure that all the mechanical components are recognized standard components, so there is hardly anything to be gained by pill in it. Of course there can be no integration of otherwise recognized components from various reputable suppliers, but again - the mechanical there is enough track. However, ABS is much more relevant on rails than on the road and here comes the control into. It consists of sensors to detect that one or more wheels is stationary (or running slower than the others) and send a signal to the controller. The controller must then interpret these signals and regulate braking force ideally on every wheel. As I have seen the problem described, it is this system that is flawed and must be replaced. The sensors can be the right, but wrong place, so the whole chain of components to be designed from scratch and rebuilt. Same with the other major problems and if it ends up that you might as well make a brand new management - so be it. You can still get a lot accomplished management for the billions scrapping of IC4 and the acquisition of additional antique meat grinder diesel capacity by electric trains can take away from the main lines. I read a way, Atkins report concluded that it was bound for - new management - and I do not understand that you can not "just" made it.

DSB must be realistic and k
